When the water of the qanat gallery gradually reaches the surface, the water may move in the Haranj due to the depth of the bed (the path of deep and open-air is called "Haranj" and the locals of Taft Yazd call it “Mahvar” . After about half a kilometer when the water moved in Haranj, the water of the qanat enters Zorna, like a water house in a watermill. the water is lead to the depths of the earth, in the same level as other qanats. In this case, the water of two or more qanats may be connected to the water of the deepest gallery and form a single water in a larger volume then it will flow to the cultivator (farm).
