Since the outlet water branch at the Ashenai waterfall in Deh Bala village has apparently been taking a share of water from the Hanzah region and transferring it to the Kheir Abad region via the Gahan valley for centuries, a dispute has arisen between the villagers over water rights and shares in the spring of this year when water flowed in the aforementioned river. The goal of this research is to draw conclusions and summaries based on documented research. In this context, a group of experts from this project visited some historical water distribution structures and the water distribution site in the Baghestan area of Deh Bala village on June 21, 2024.
