An online meeting was held on April 17, 2025 at the International Center on Qanats and Historic Hydraulic Structures (ICQHS), with the participation of Dr. Seyed Ali Al-Modarresi and Dr. Abdolhamid Ansari from Yazd universities, alongside researchers from the Faringdon Centre of the University of West London (UWL), including Professor Fabio Tosti, Dr. Atiyeh Ardakanian, and Dr. Tesfaye Tessema. During the meeting, the activities and objectives of ICQHS were introduced, and the UWL representatives presented their research capacities in the fields of remote sensing and cultural heritage preservation. Opportunities for joint collaboration in traditional water systems, urban sustainability, and geospatial technologies were also discussed. Both sides emphasized their interest in developing future cooperation.
