UNESCO-ICQHS's 8th GB Meeting will be held on 5 & 6 November 2016. On the occasion of the event UNESCO-ICQHS will be hosting the representatives of UNESCO, Country Member representatives and International scholars.
The agenda of the GBM8 consists of country reports about carried out activities on Qanats and Historic Hydraulic Structures, also ICQHS will have a report on its past year activities. Finally, ICQHS' future activities will be discussed and put into action, if confirmed by the members.
It is worth mentioning that the "Transboundary Aquifers Workshop" will take place simultaneously with ICQHS' GB8 Meeting.
